When I was an intern at ANCHOVY., my creative director emphasized the importance of learning and developing new skills, not just for himself but for the entire team. One day, we did a branding exercise where each of us picked a name, came up with a brand concept, and just went for it. The goal was to have a complete brand by the end of the day. The pressure pushed us to think and work quickly, and I learned a lot from these exercises.
